Being new to the home buying process, April was very helpful. She not only informed me about the Bond Program (a free $15,000) but had a lender (Stacey Cropsey)that helped me through the process. The whole process went extremely smooth and I don’t feel that I could’ve done it without her. I have known April for a long time and personally know that she excels in everything she does so when I decided to try to purchase a home it was natural to call April to assist; knowing that if she chose to work in real estate, like all her other endeavors, she would be the best in her field. Within a short period of time she had referred me for funding and I was approved for a loan. Next came the home search and we looked at some scary houses. One house that had a “bonus” room and some other questionable renovations. Another house with monstrous poltergeist tree roots all over the property- both of these I loved and wanted to buy but backed out of the contracts; after a second look they did not seem so appealing. When I lost another house to a cash bid, she was quick to let me know that there would be another house I liked better. We finally found THE house. Looking for a home was not an easy endeavor but through all my indecisiveness, weekend showings, late evening showings and multitudes of questions and phone calls, April was there. She never let me down and made the entire process much easier. She walked me through the inspections, contracts and finally the closing process. She is wonderful and patient and will be my real estate expert for life. I will never go to anyone else. Most of it is electronic which is a plus. She is a matter of fact, strong, and quick-witted. Prepare for some sass and laughs.

Let me start with that I am an immigrant who’s bought the first house in the U.S.. So, in addition to that I was an unexperienced buyer and had tons of questions about mostly everything, those questions frequently were asked in not excellent language. April has been so patient, friendly and professional, so I got all the answers I needed almost immediatelly. During searching and buying times April was always easy to reach and ready to help.
For me the whole process of searching and buying a house was smooth and easy. I learned there were some problems after they had been resolved. With April’s help I’ve found and bought the house where I live now and which I love. Highly recommend!
